Tamra “Tami” Dee Mullins, 71, passed from this life June 9, 2017 surrounded by family at her home in Duchesne. Born in Salt Lake City on November 13, 1945 to George and Lola Rapich- she was the oldest of 4 children, including her brothers Steve, Scott, and her sister Jana. On April 12, 1968 Tami married her sweetheart Lyle Mullins in Woodscross.Tami was a ray of sunshine in the lives of all who knew her.

She loved Elvis Presley, nail polish, the Denver Broncos, lemons, and Coke. Tami spent her days planning events, decorating her home, watching the news, shopping, crafting, making incredible food, and traveling. Tami was loving, determined, courageous, undeniably witty, optimistic, extraordinarily generous, and tougher than could be understood. She was wonderful woman who carried herself with seemingly effortless grace and good humor. Most importantly, Tami was known for her ability to make anyone laugh and to spread happiness wherever she went. She was preceded in death by both of her parents and sons Steven and Brad, and survived by her husband Lyle, son Danny (Caycie), daughters Marlo and Amy Jo, 11 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Duchesne 1st & 3rd Ward Chapel, 130 South 300 East. Viewings will be held at the church on Thursday evening from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. and Friday from 10:00 - 10:45 a.m. Please refrain from wearing dark colors. Burial in the Duchesne City Cemetery.
