of the Eldredge Brothers homes on Onion Street, Jackie always lived in Utah. Although traveling regularly, her heart was in West Bountiful. After graduating from Bountiful High School, she spent her early years working for the phone company as an operator, married Darwin Anderson (divorced), and worked at the Salt Lake City and County Building where she made lifelong friends. She married Michael Miller (divorced), gained two stepchildren, Robert Drew Miller and Nicole Miller Freeman, whom she adored, and raised her three children with unconditional love. She was active in the PTA in her children's school years and always involved in her community. Jackie loved West Bountiful and was a member of various committees including the Historic Preservation Commission where she helped shape the city's historic district. A favorite staff member at the Davis County South Branch Library in Bountiful, Jackie always had a recommendation as to a "good read." Always with an opinion of how it should be, she was not shy about her dedication to the Democratic Party. Jackie was a bright and beautiful woman and she will be missed greatly by those who loved and knew her.
She is survived by her brother Thomas Brown, her fiancée and her 'duckie' of over twenty years Bill Morrison, and the children that she lived her life for, her daughter Brighton Helen Miller and two sons, Michael Cannon Miller (Lisa), and Matthew Chapin Miller.
With her wishes, the family is planning a private service. In lieu of flowers, they ask that donations be sent to the cancer research group of your choice. The family would like to specially thank April, Rachel and all of the staff at CNS.
Let us advance with keen minds and sensitive hearts. Let us go forth with hope and strength. May we proclaim the power of life's meaning with deeds of justice, with bonds of friendship, and with words of true praise for the wonders that there are.
